The best smartwatch under 2000 in India for most people is the Redmi Watch Move at ₹1,999: it has a 1.85-inch AMOLED screen, Bluetooth calling, IP68 water resistance and a claimed 14 days of battery life.
If you want a round dial, get the boAt Ultima Prime; for the biggest screen, the boAt Ultima Ember; and if your budget is closer to ₹1,500, the boAt Wave Sigma 3 adds MapmyIndia turn-by-turn navigation.
These picks are based on specs, reviews and our research. Prices were checked on 2 November 2026; budget watches swing by ₹200–500 during sales, so check before you buy.
What features do ₹2,000 smartwatches generally have?
At this price you should expect Bluetooth calling, heart-rate and SpO2 tracking, sleep and stress tracking, and at least five days of battery. An AMOLED screen is now common under ₹2,000, and we would not settle for less unless you need the cheapest option.
None of our five picks lists built-in GPS, and you will not get third-party apps or training-grade workout metrics. These watches are wellness trackers, not medical devices, so treat SpO2 and heart-rate numbers as trends rather than diagnoses.

1. Redmi Watch Move
Xiaomi's Redmi Watch Move is the easiest recommendation in this budget. The 1.85-inch AMOLED is sharp (390×450) and rated at 600 nits peak, with always-on display support. Xiaomi claims up to 14 days per charge in typical use, about five days with always-on display, and two days from a 10-minute charge.
It is rated IP68, so rain and handwashing are fine, and Bluetooth calling comes with a dial pad, quick replies and call history.
It runs HyperOS and pairs with Xiaomi's Mi Fitness app. Smartprix lists it at ₹1,999 at Croma, the same as its launch price. There is no built-in GPS, so runners will need to carry their phone.
2. boAt Ultima Prime
If you prefer a watch that looks like a watch, the Ultima Prime has a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED at 466×466 with 700 nits brightness and always-on display. It supports Bluetooth calling with up to 20 saved contacts, tracks heart rate, SpO2, stress and sleep, and is rated IP68.
The trade-off is battery: boAt claims up to five days, or three to five days with calling, well short of the Redmi. It launched at ₹1,899 and is sold on boAt's site, Amazon and Flipkart.
3. boAt Ultima Ember
The Ultima Ember launched alongside the Prime at the same ₹1,899 but goes the other way on design: a large 1.96-inch rectangular AMOLED (368×448) with 800 nits brightness, the brightest panel here.
boAt claims up to 15 days of battery, dropping to three to five days if you take calls regularly. Calling, heart-rate, SpO2, stress and sleep tracking are all included.
boAt's launch listing does not mention an IP rating for the Ember, so check the box or product page if you plan to wear it in the shower or pool.
Some listings currently show it at ₹2,199, so it may sit just above budget outside sales.
4. NoiseFit Vortex Plus
The Vortex Plus is a round-dial alternative with a 1.46-inch AMOLED (466×466), 600 nits peak and always-on mode.
Noise claims up to seven days of battery, which drops to around two days with calling. Health tracking covers heart rate, SpO2, sleep, stress, breathing exercises and a female cycle tracker, all in the NoiseFit app.
It launched at ₹1,999, but Reliance Digital currently lists it at ₹2,299, so buy it only when it drops back under ₹2,000.
5. boAt Wave Sigma 3
If you are searching for the best smartwatch under 1500, the Wave Sigma 3 is the value pick. It trades AMOLED for a large 2.01-inch LCD, but adds one feature no other watch here has: turn-by-turn navigation powered by MapmyIndia, shown on the watch via boAt's Crest app.
It has Bluetooth calling, heart-rate, SpO2 and sleep tracking, and IP67 dust and water resistance. boAt claims up to seven days of battery, or two days with calling.
It launched at an introductory ₹1,199; the curved "Curv" version is listed around ₹1,499.
How to pick the best smart watch under 2000?
- Screen: Choose AMOLED over LCD for better outdoor visibility, deeper blacks and always-on display. Our AMOLED vs LCD explainer covers why, and it applies to watches too.
- Battery claims: Headline figures assume calling and always-on display are mostly off. The brands' own numbers show the drop: Redmi's 14 days becomes about 5 with AOD, and Noise's 7 days becomes about 2 with calling.
- Water resistance: IP68 handles rain, sweat and handwashing. An IP rating is not a swim rating, so check the brand's guidance before swimming with any of these.
- App: You will use the companion app (Mi Fitness, boAt Crest or NoiseFit) daily, so check its ratings and phone compatibility on your app store before you buy.
- When to spend more: If you need built-in GPS, better workout accuracy or a metal build, step up to our best smartwatches under ₹5,000 list, or see our guide to smartwatches for fitness enthusiasts.

FAQs
Which is the best smartwatch under 2000?
The Redmi Watch Move is the best smartwatch under 2000 for most buyers, thanks to its 1.85-inch AMOLED screen, IP68 rating, Bluetooth calling and up to 14 days of claimed battery life at ₹1,999.
Which smartwatch is best under 2000 for a round dial?
The boAt Ultima Prime, with a 1.43-inch round AMOLED, IP68 rating and Bluetooth calling at ₹1,899. The NoiseFit Vortex Plus is the alternative if you find it under ₹2,000.
Is a smartwatch under 2000 accurate?
Step counts and sleep duration are usually good enough for daily tracking, but heart-rate and SpO2 readings on budget watches are estimates. Use them to spot trends, not for medical decisions, and see a doctor if a reading worries you.
Should I buy an AMOLED or LCD smartwatch under 2000?
AMOLED, if your budget allows. Four of our five picks have AMOLED screens at ₹1,899–2,299, so the only reason to choose LCD is to save money, as with the boAt Wave Sigma 3 under ₹1,500.
