Price as of 3 Nov 2026: ₹30,999 for 8GB/128GB on Flipkart; card offers of about ₹1,500 bring it to roughly ₹29,500 [CHECK today's bank offer].
The Edge 70 Fusion has the largest main sensor among phones that fit this budget: a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 at 1/1.56-inch, with OIS and an f/1.8 lens. The 13MP ultrawide has autofocus, so it doubles as a macro camera, and the 32MP selfie camera records 4K. FoneArena's review praised its daylight dynamic range, low-light shots and portrait edge detection, and TelecomTalk picked it as a top camera phone under ₹30,000 for the same reasons. Smartprix notes portrait modes at 24, 35 and 50mm focal lengths.
The rest of the phone is strong: a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz curved AMOLED, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, a 7,000mAh battery with 68W charging, and IP68/IP69 plus MIL-STD-810H ratings.
Watch out for: FoneArena called video quality "average", and with no telephoto, zoom is only usable up to about 5x. The price rose by ₹3,000 in August, so it only sneaks under ₹30,000 with an offer.

Price as of 3 Nov 2026: about ₹27,999-29,999 for 8GB/128GB on Flipkart [CHECK stock].
This is the only phone under ₹30,000 we found with a periscope telephoto. Its 50MP 3x periscope (Sony LYT-600, 1/1.95-inch) has its own OIS, which gives you natural-looking portraits and sharp 3x shots that no main-camera crop can match. The 50MP main camera is also 1/1.56-inch with OIS, and there is a 50MP selfie camera. FoneArena's review rated the cameras good.
It launched in March 2025, so the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 is a step behind newer chips, but Nothing still promises 3 OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.
Watch out for: an IP64 rating, a 5,000mAh battery with 50W charging, no charger in the box, and stock that may run out now that newer Nothing phones are on sale.

3. Realme Narzo Power 5G: best value camera phone under 30000
Price as of 3 Nov 2026: about ₹27,999-29,999 for 8GB/128GB on Amazon.in; sources disagree, but both figures are under budget [CHECK].
The Narzo Power uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera (1/1.95-inch) with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide and a 16MP selfie camera. Smartprix's review found daylight shots sharp and well textured, and said OIS helps in low light when there is some light around. Then there is the 10,001mAh battery with 80W charging, so you will not run out of charge on a day of shooting.
You also get a Dimensity 7400 Ultra chip, a 6.8-inch 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED and IP66/IP68/IP69 protection.
Watch out for: Smartprix found the ultrawide weaker in colour and detail, portrait mode slow with moving subjects and selfies soft in low light. The front camera records only 1080p, so it is not ideal for vlogging.

4. Nothing Phone (4b): best for natural colours and clean software
Price as of 3 Nov 2026: ₹29,999 for 8GB/128GB in a Flipkart sale; it launched at ₹34,999 in July, and one tracker showed ₹39,999 on 3 November [CHECK live price].
The Phone (4b) has a 50MP main camera with OIS. PhoneArena called it "consistent and dependable" with realistic colours, and it supports custom LUTs if you like to set a look before you shoot. Tech Advisor liked its smooth, stabilised 4K video. Nothing promises 3 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
Watch out for: the sensors are small (the main one is 1/2.76-inch per PhoneArena), so low-light shots show noise, and Tech Advisor called the ultrawide "so-so". Buy it only at the sale price.

5. Samsung Galaxy M47 5G: best for long software updates
Price as of 3 Nov 2026: about ₹26,500-26,999 for 6GB/128GB on Amazon.in; Samsung's list price is now much higher after an October hike [CHECK].
If you want a reliable Samsung camera and plan to keep the phone for years, the M47 has a 50MP main camera with OIS and 4K video, and it gets 6 Android upgrades and 6 years of security updates. Digit highlighted the OIS camera and the update promise.
